What is Solé
Solé Water - What is?
Solé water — pronounced “So-Lay” is also known as “Himalayan water”. It’s a mixture of natural pink Himalayan salt and mineral water, which takes on a pink-tinged hue from the colour of the salt. The concentrated Solé solution has a 3% salinity, that is achieved by dissolving natural Himalayan rock salt in the mineral water. The process takes 48 hours to complete the total saturation of the solution. To drink the Solé, you need to take a teaspoon of the elixir in a large glass and then fill with water. The resulting refreshing drink is Solé, that is now ready to drink.
This drink should be taken on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. It can also be taken at night to aid sleeping, but two glasses are the maximum you should drink in a day.
Solé, is the closest you can get to the human body’s makeup. Humans are made of 85% water, and we need sodium to perform most bodily functions. It is the carrier that moves minerals and allow essential substances and signals to move between the bodies cells.
Around 60% of the human body is water. According to research, the brain and heart are made-up of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and your bones have around 31%.
We lose water naturally throughout the day and night and when we sweat and cry, you lose a solution very close to Solé. This needs to be replaced and the fastest way to do this is by drinking Solé daily.
